With the current wave of Nigerian music taking over the airwaves, The multi-talented gospel singer, Kanjii Mbugua, has in his latest collabo recorded with a Nigerian newbie, Franca Stober, a Naija song titled 'You Dey Make Me Shine'.The song is done in three languages, Ibo, Yoruba and Pidgin English and was recorded last week in Nairobi by Nigerian producer OJB Jezreel. The producer is well known for working with giants in the Nigerian music industry like Tu Face, Blu 3, D’banj and Faze.
Franca is working on her second album which she hopes will be released in Nairobi in August. The album includes singles like 'Psalm 1:3', 'Holy Sound', 'His Goodness' among others. Franca plans to launch the album in a pan-African style. “I hope to include other artistes from Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Zambia at the launch to showcase the diversity in the cultures.”
